Directions from TAMU:
Walk: on College Main, cross University, turn left on Church.
Drive: on Wellborn, right on University, left on Boyett, right on church (one hour parking is across the street from Jin's).
They also deliver to campus and environs!

$5-10.00 (lunches closer to 4.95 for most!)
Veggie-friendly?
Yes. They make lots of vegan stuff and they can leave the meat or oyster sauce out of any dish on request turning it into instant vegan!
Notes
Best hot and sour soup I've had, and the rest was very good. It's a tiny place but very cozy. Close to campus.

I enjoyed my lunches there -- if you order the noodle dishes, you get a HUGE mound of noodles -- but be warned that if you show up between noon and 1:00, you may have to wait a while for a table.
